"Severus, what's wrong? Merlin, you are shaking like a leaf."
"I'm fine!"
"You don't look fine," Remus said and started stroking Severus's back to soothe him.
Severus shrugged him off and moved away. "I said I am fine!"
A bright light appeared, followed immediately by a loud bang, and Severus made an involuntary squeak. He quickly moved as far from the window as he could.
"It's just a bit of thunder," said Remus calmly.
"That was not just a bit! That was right outside our house!"
Remus followed Severus and put an arm around him. "Listen. Let's go upstairs and lie down on the bed and I'll make you forget all about the thunderstorm."
"And just how is going to the bedroom going to help? You'll be better off putting a Confundus Charm on me."
"Oh, I'll confound you, all right," Remus smirked.
"Damn it, Remus. Is there a time where you're not thinking about getting laid?"
"Well, I was about to offer you the most mind-blowing blow job of your life, but if you don't want it then fine! Enjoy the thunderstorm."
"I didn't say I didn't want it," said Severus. "I just don't think even that will help blocking out the thunder."
Remus smiled. "It wouldn't hurt to try, though."
