"Mollywobbles, will you look at this fascinating thing I picked up from a muggle shop." Arthur came home with a huge grin on his face, waving a small box in his wife's face.
"Arthur, love. You need to stop bringing things home from work. The place is already packed, we would have to add another room to fit them all."
"But Molly, it's just a small thing. It will not need a whole room."
"That's what you're always saying, Arthur, and still the house is full of small items I have no idea what are for, and they just keep taking up so much space."
"I'll sort it out eventually, dear, but right now I have to find the right batteries for this. I wonder if I have the right sort in the shed."
"Merlin knows you have all the batteries in the world in that shed, Arthur."
"Let's hope so," said Arthur and read the back of the box. "I'll need the ones that say AA, apparently. I'll be back in a tick."
Arthur ran out to his shed to get the batteries. Molly took the pots and pans off the stove and picked up the box to look at it. What on earth had her husband brought home this time?
"Arthur, love, what is this?" Molly asked when he finally returned.
"It's a toy," he said and grinned.
"A toy?"
"Yes, it's some sort of rabbit. I don't know what it does yet, but it needs batteries so I'm sure it will be brilliant!" Arthur opened the box and started looking for where to put the batteries in.
"Take that into the next room, Arthur. I need to set the table for tea."
"All right, love. Oh look. It comes with instructions."
"Good, now go and put that away. It'll just be a few seconds."
Arthur left the room with the rabbit toy under one arm, the box under the other and his eyes fixed on the leaflet. "I can't wait to find out what this does. Do you think it jumps? It should jump, shouldn't it? It's a rabbit after all, though I don't understand why. I mean these things look a bit like rabbit ears, I guess, but -"
"That's nice, love. Now go."
Arthur took the toy and the instructions into the living room and Molly waved her wand to make the dishes and pots set themselves on the table while she went to pour some water into a pitcher.
"No!" She heard from the other room. "It can't be! Oh, my? Really? Now that's … wow!"
"Arthur! Tea's ready."
"Er, M-m-m-mollywobbles?" Arthur said as he came through the kitchen door holding the toy and the opened leaflet. "I think you might want to see this."
"It's tea time, Arthur. You can play with your toy after."
"No, I can't. But you can."
"What are you talking about? No, let's eat and you can tell me about the toy later."
"Molly, dear. This toy is meant for you."
"For me, don't be silly."
"Well for women, to be exact. Look at the drawing."
"What draw- oh! OH!"
"I told you." Arthur said and made the little toy buzz.
"OH!" Molly exclaimed and took the toy out of Arthur's hands. She looked at the toy, then at the picture and then back at the toy.
She waved her wand and put a heating charm on the food on the table, grabbed her husband's hand and dragged him out of the kitchen and upstairs.
