Title: Upside Down
Characters/Pairing: Harry Potter/Lucius Malfoy
Word Count: 492
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Er... homosexuality is the only one I can think of.
Author's Notes: It may be worth noting that Narcissa Malfoy has her own suite in Malfoy Manor where she regularly sleeps alone. Also that Voldemort knows Harry's a Horcrux.
Lucius Malfoy moaned a little at the forced waking and rolled over, twisting his sheets over his legs. The knocking came again, no louder, but somehow more desperate.
'Come in, blast you,' he groaned, lifting his head from his silken pillow just enough to make his words audible. The door opened with a creak -- damn, a creak; he'd need to get a house elf to see to that -- and the boy slipped in wordlessly, closing it behind him. Lucius still couldn't make himself get up.
'Do you mind if I open the curtain?' Harry asked him. In his voice, there was a touch of righteous indignation, as if it would be ridiculous to deny him his every desire, even at two-thirty in the morning in Lucius's own suite. Still, he grunted his permission. Why refuse the boy, really? How long had he been held captive here now? A month? Two? Whatever the Dark Lord was doing to him consistently left him listless, haggard, and clearly in pain -- much like Lucius himself felt lately.
He rolled over to watch the boy as he came to the bed, moonlight illuminating him just enough to see how different he'd become. Taller. He was so much taller now than a boy of seventeen should be. His jaw was stronger, his eyes deeper. Eons ago, when Lucius was young, he'd taken a bit of Aging Potion, just to see how handsome he'd be as a man -- the boy looked now as though he'd done the same. This was why he'd sounded odd the past few nights, and why the Dark Lord had changed. Potter's voice was deeper, a man's voice, and the Dark Lord in return had grown younger, smoother, handsome as Lucius once knew him. The world was upside down.
'He's so... nice to me,' Harry said, sitting at the foot of the bed. His hand ran gently over Lucius's foot. It felt remarkably good. Lucius sighed quietly and lifted himself up a bit on his arm.
'He wants to keep you,' he replied. 'He needs you.' The boy sat silent then for several minutes, staring into the distance. Lucius dragged himself up to sitting and touched his arm. 'What is it tonight, then? A tour of more scars? Questions about my father? About yours?'
Harry slowly moved his hand up Lucius's leg to his inner thigh, his fingers gliding along the skin in a slow dance. 'I don't really feel like talking tonight,' he said, meeting Lucius's eyes and holding them for a long moment. Lucius let out a soft moan, then pulled the boy to him, kissing his deliciously smooth lips, enjoying the hint of stubble below them.
The kiss broke, and for a short moment, there was what could have been a smile on Lucius's tired face -- then he sank down into the sheets, pulling the boy down with him, and all thoughts were lost to the night.
